Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 9, 2026

Synopra LLC ("Synopra," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website synopra.com. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide through our contact form: your name, work email address, role and institution (optional), and message content. We do not collect information automatically through cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising pixels. Our site does not use tracking cookies.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit through our contact form solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule a conversation, or provide information about our services. We do not use your information for marketing campaigns, email sequences, or automated outreach. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

Third-party services

To deliver your contact form submission, we use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) as a transactional email relay. Brevo processes your name and email address solely to transmit your message to us. Our site is hosted on Netlify, which may process server logs containing IP addresses and request metadata as part of standard hosting operations. We use Google Fonts to serve typefaces, which involves your browser making requests to Google's servers. No other third-party services receive your data.

Data retention

We retain contact form submissions in our email inbox for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of the business relationship. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.

Your rights under California law (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how it is used; request deletion of your personal information; opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we do not sell or share personal information); and not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide. Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS encryption. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
